Join Next is a Paris-based cross-company sustainable leadership program founded in 2023 by Nicolas Dessus. The program brings together high-potential talents aged 30-40 from Europe's leading companies—including L'Oréal, Danone, Safran, BNP Paribas, and Schneider Electric—for a transformative 12-month, 80-hour experience.

- Unlocking Potential: 31 hours of sustainability training with École Polytechnique Executive Education
- Elaborate a Vision: 24 hours of community learning with C-level executives
- Take Real Action: 25 hours of impact project management with dedicated mentors
